According to the decision of the Management Board of Klima-Therm Capital Group, as of 2 January 2019, Klimor Sp. z o.o. will become the owner of Quatrovent Sp. z o.o. distribution company, which since 2007 has been conducting the sale of air handling units and recuperation equipment on the Polish market.

In connection with the scheduled expansion of the product portfolio, which is provided by the Klimor manufacturing company, the Quatrovent brand will be retained for the products developed within the new and existing cooperation of the merging companies.

The completed consolidation will allow maintaining further dynamic development of Klima-Therm Group in the area of design, production and distribution of modern and efficient ventilation systems. This decision is dictated, among others, by the ability to optimise activities, employee experience synergy and the improvement of the cost effectiveness of enterprises.

Currently, the Management Board of Klima-Therm Group focuses on the formal aspects of the merger and adaptation of the organisational model, which allows the use of all the advantages of the merged companies.

The consolidation planned for the beginning of 2019 will take place through the so-called incorporation, i.e. the transfer of all assets of Quatrovent Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Ostrobramska 101A, to Klimor Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Gdynia at ul. B. Krzywoustego 5. Along with the legally binding merger, Klimor will take over all formal obligations undertaken by Quatrovent towards its customers, business partners and employees.
