Klima-Therm is developing its mobile Technical Documentation Access service which was launched a year ago. Recently, user manuals, installation and service manuals for Fujitsu Split, Multi Split and VRF devices can be viewed through the free KTG.PL application available not only on Android smartphones, but also on devices with the iOS system. The application has also been extended with new functionalities.

For a year now, the Klima-Therm customers having Android mobile devices are able to benefit from the advantages of the KTG.PL application. Now, with the development of the iOS version, Apple smartphone users have mobile access to a comprehensive database of Fujitsu air-conditioning technical documentation as well. Simultaneously with the implementation of a new application on the App Store, Google Play released a software update for Android devices in a version compatible with the latest 8.0 version.

KTG.PL is a smartphone dedicated catalogue with Fujitsu documentation – a mobile equivalent of the website available at documentation.ktg.pl. The application allows for convenient and quick review of specifications, technical data, installation and service documentation based on a simple and intuitive mechanism. It is possible to add devices to "favourite" catalogue directly from the application level so that users can easily access information about preferred products.

New to the first version of the application, hitherto known to the users of Android, is adjusting the menu view to the users logged in and not logged in. User can access the Fujitsu A/C operating instructions without logging in and store them in the "favourite" catalogue, not on the server anymore, but directly on the unit. Full version of the application, including installation and service documentation, is only available to Klima-Therm customers and requires login. One logged in user can use the application on multiple mobile devices and all data will automatically synchronize between them without any additional actions.

Fujitsu Documentation application is the proprietary design of the Klima-Therm Group. The tool was designed and implemented by the team of IT experts. The company will update the software further and expand it with additional functionalities.

KTG.PL application in Polish and English is available free of charge and can be downloaded from the App Store <link> and Google Play <link>. Overview of the Fujitsu operating instructions is available for everyone and does not require logging in. The full database of resources is available to the customers after logging in. To do so, enter the customer's SAP number (login) and NIP (password).
