Traditionally in March KLIMA-THERM takes part in Job Trade Fair held by various student associations in major Polish technical universities in Gdańsk, Wrocław and Szczecin. This year our company was one of the few technical companies present at the trade fair and there was huge response from the students. Trade Fairs always create excellent opportunity to contact students and university graduates directly and to demonstrate our company, its products as well as chances of employment.

Thanks to the participation in the trade fair we managed to offer many students apprenticeships in service and assembly, design, finance and administration departments. We hope that they will find the experience gained in our company valuable and maybe some of them will eventually, in the nearest future, join our team as employees. According to Ms Anna Sierant – HR Director, for many students Trade Fairs create an opportunity to face factual requirements of Employers, gain some information on a particular company as well as the scope of responsibilities on various positions.

Apart from regular apprenticeship involving real everyday operational tasks each KLIMA-THERM trainee has an opportunity to take part in a product training and test all devices in a laboratory of KLIMA-THERM Academy. All newly employed persons are provided with a series of introductory trainings presenting the specifics of our company with regard to products as well as procedures, internal organization and culture of work.
