Information clause for Customer’s employees, co-workers and subcontractors

In accordance with Article 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal UE L 119 of 4 May 2016) you are hereby informed that:

1. The controller of your personal data is: KLIMA-THERM Sp. z  o.o., ul. Ostrobramska 101A, 04-041 Warszawa;
2. Your personal data collected during conclusion of agreements with controller’s contractor will be processed for the purpose of performing a contract, business intelligence as well as defence or enforcement of rights or redress pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) – legally justified interest of the controller or the third party, of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016;
3. Data sources are: agreements for delivery of goods or services, guarantee and maintenance contracts concluded with the Authorised Service Partner.
4. Personal data categories: ordinary personal data i.e. identification, contact and address data.
5. The recipients of your personal data will be exclusively entities authorised to obtain personal data only on the basis of legal regulations, controller’s contractors and entities processing them;
6. Your personal data will be stored for 10 years from the moment of termination of the processing under the concluded contract for the purposes of analytics and business planning;
7. You have the right to demand from the personal data controller access to your personal data, and the right to its rectification, erasure or restriction of its processing, as well as the right to object to the processing of the data;
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, i.e. Personal Data Protection Office.
