Turbulent flow, in terms of thermal energy exchange, is the most efficient solution. However, from the point of view of air flow and acoustics, this process is undesirable. Designing the fan blade with the profile of an aircraft wing eliminated the phenomenon of turbulence and air separation, and as a result reduced the noise level of the device.

KCX automation system is equipped with RS485 communication port and is used for communication with external devices by means of instructions in MODBUS standard. This allows to connect the control unit to BMS systems, i.e. automatic control systems in so-called smart buildings.

The filter dirt control function effectively safeguards the operation of the unit, maintains the efficiency of the fans and ensures proper air filtration. Cleanliness control is based on monitoring the appropriate pressure difference upstream and downstream the filter.

Compact air handling unit with cross-flow counterflow exchanger is a small device designed for ventilation systems with heat recovery of all types of rooms, such as shops, restaurants, laundries, residential buildings, single-family houses and others. The heat exchanger is made of aluminium plates, which are arranged alternately as plates for air supply and air exhaust. The air flows through the exchanger in such a way that the exhausted air does not mix with the supplied air. Heat recovery uses the principle of passing the heat through the aluminium plates of the exchanger.

The recuperative unit can work with indoor units from VRF systems, by supplying fresh air to indoor units.
