KLIMA-THERM, a company established in 1996 in Poland, is today a Group of global companies including: KLIMA-THERM, FG Poland and GAS operating on the Polish market as well as FG Nordic AB in Sweden (Goteborg), FG Finland OY with its seat in Helsinki and FB Baltics OU in Estonia (Tallinn). The group also covers the Lithuanian and Latvian market. In 2009 the staffing level exceeded 200 employees in six countries and the total turnover was over PLN 150 000 000.

All subjects forming KLIMA-THERM Group take advantage of wide experience and thorough knowledge gained throughout 14 years of the company’s operation and make it one of the biggest suppliers and service providers of the HVACR trade. Its well established position of a leader on the air conditioning market as well as stable financial standing enable the company to maintain high level of investment in latest technologies and raise the qualifications of the staff on a regular basis.

The transformation of KLIMA-THERM company into a public limited company (S.A.) that was carried out in January 2010 constituted an important step in the its development being a natural consequence of the position established over the years and a reflection of ambitions to increase its value. The event coincided with the implementation of an ERP-SAP class integrated management system covering all business processes of the company including the sales one.
