Culture Summer held in Elblag in July and August consists mainly of outdoor events and in particular concerts of famous pop stars, picnics and family festivities always filled with varied artistic programmes. The programme of this year's Culture Summer also includes exhibitions held in both EL Gallery Art Centre as well as Archaeological and Historical Museum.
